  • Absolutely not. Neither we nor our suppliers engage in animal testing.

  • Yes, all our products are vegan, and they do not contain any animal derivatives.

  • We happily accept returns or exchanges for damaged or defective items purchased from our website. Just email us at studio@wwd.is with your order number within 15 days of delivery. However, we cannot process any other returns or exchanges at this time.

  • We typically ship orders within 2-3 business days. Shipping times may vary, taking an additional 1-5 business days based on your location. If there is an unusual delay in processing your order, we will notify you via email.

  • Unfortunately we don't offer expedited shipping due to ground-only shipping restrictions for fragrances.

  • No we don't. We only ship orders by ground to the 48 contiguous United States. This does not include Alaska, Hawaii, or any U.S. territories. We also do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

  • Currently, the brand A Lab on Fire operates under a licensing agreement outside the United States. We want to clarify that WWDIS, also known as A Lab on Fire USA, does not manage its marketing, manufacturing, or distribution in those regions outside the U.S..

    In licensing arrangements, challenges faced by the licensee can directly affect the brand itself. We are monitoring the situation and hope to provide updates to our fragrance enthusiasts outside the U.S. in the near future.
